Thanks, no, not many at 10:00 on a Sunday morning!

Ah yes .....Don't think they allow photography in our shopping centre at Thurrock Lakeside, perhaps with my GF1 might get away with it.....Got evicted from M & S once for videoing my family on the escalator

Amazing shots people!!!! Is there anything this camera can't do?

Keep em comin'

I bought this very cheap and rather odd CCTV lens from ebay for £19 and a C-mount adapter and here are the results. Very odd lens with major vignette and serious edge distortion!!! Quite sharp in the center though. There is no way of knowing that aperture you have set as there's no markings. Will be a good lens for abstract stuff.

2: Another

Results

1: My house

2: My car

3: A flower, I did not focus properly!

And its started to rain, quick shot on GF1 20mm Auto and dash indoors

Nice oldboy! Love the type writer shot too Alan.

I've been playing around with macro today - with a Tokina 28-70 Canon FD MF lens with extension tube, on a tripod. The lens isn't mega sharp but the colours have come out quite nicely I think.

I don't like HDR.....BUT those two pictures are brilliant best I've seen and I like em Zoiberg

In tourist mode today. Family day out to Ambleside(usually ends up costing a fortune as well!).

And my son, mid-flight on the trampoline.

Finally received my adapter for my new (used and only £10) Konica Hexanon AR 40mm f1.8 lens.

Took a couple quick test shots. Just crop and B&W conversion, nowt else. I can see this is going to be a favorite!!! Focal length looks great and IQ is super!

1: On the GF1

2: Colour test. @ f2.8 hand held. The sharp bits really are super sharp!

3: B&W conversion of another shot @ f11

Looking good Andy - how much was the lens and what adaptor is it?

Just got an M42 Zeiss Jenna Tessar 50mm 2.8 - seems pretty nice, think it's going to be a keeper.

Hmm not bad at all - might flog some of my Canon FD zooms that I never use and get one. Primes are generally much better it seems.

I reckon 40mm would be a really handy focal length for gig pics etc - looks pretty compact too.

A few more...

And yes 40mm does seem perfect for me!! Well a good adition to the 20mm f1.7!

Been a bit quiet pic wise recently. Been driving back and forth between consultants. Just about keeping on top of my 365.

I do like the bokeh that the lens produces.

Im a bit confused here. The post before last was dated May 2010, and the last was today. But we have said loads of stuff between those times
