Hi, wildlife in my garden ... (SONY A7R2 - LEITZ Tele-Elmarit-M 2,8/90 f 4 ; crops) :
(Most in this thread here using M tele lenses will also have found that the Elmarit-Tele 2,8/90 is easier to use, having a bigger diameter, a longer circumference and
a longer turning way of the focus ring.
I am going through my vintage lenses for another thread ...
On the Fred Miranda forum there is a thread on adapting M mount lenses to NIKON Zf:

Due to the larger diameter of the Z mount M mounts should work better than on E mount SONYs, especially WAs and UWAs.
But I will not buy a Zf. Knowing myself a little (after over 70 years) my typical usage pattern would consist of M mount "testing" and ending in adapting my NIKON AFs,
perhaps even getting a few native Zs... )
