Olympus OM-D E-M5, E-M1, E-M10 - Mk1, Mk2 & Mk3 Owners Thread

Anyone have a telephone number for Olympus customer service having an issue with warranty on my TC14 sent the bloody thing of on the 18th of January the RMA is not even on the Cycleon site

o.m.g they still using that useless bunch .. when I sent my mk2 in last year it took weeks to appear on tracking . nothing happened till I e-mailed them and the Portugal customer services got involved ,but the whole repair took 4 weeks there and back

OM Solutions have finally confirmed they have my MC14 TC 9 working days to Portugal took another 3 e mails chasing them to confirm they had actually got the damm thing previous posts have all alluded to the issues Brexit initially caused to OM service I was hopeful that the service levels would improve

Once repaired it will be back next day

Surfers and wildlife mean that I don't have time for much else. I am either out shooting from dawn-til-dusk or indoors culling and post-processing for several days. A couple of very recent shots handheld on my Olympus E-M1X + 150-400mm TC Pro + MC-14 combo. Click on each image if you want to view the camera settings etc info on Flickr.

I know Robin, it was FYI for anyone looking to circumvent the rules :)
.... Cheers Chris. Thanks for the trust and understanding. I wouldn't allow anyone to progress a purchase in this thread. I haven't posted it in the TP Classifieds yet because I only have one photo of the lens so far (very wet showing weatherproof). I'll post a link here to it in TP Classifieds when/if I do.

something different ,its a rainy day in north Wales so I got my new (xmas pressy) pergear f2.8 macro lens out for a bit of practice . this is a shot of rain drops on the window with the back garden reflected in the droplets , image turned upside down in P/P to get next doors garage the right way up . hand held at a few cm 's with l.e.d light bank on camera

Decided to escape the January blues so had a week in South Devon - this was a rare break in the grey but we still loved it ! EM5iii & 8-25. It was pretty dark and I'm amazed how much you can pull out of the RAW files.

With a link to register for the online announcement online video show on the 15th February

I have done so ;)

PS As previously stated, for me I am hoping for Firmware improvements for the M1X (and the Mk3).

Gonna be a long week

Some from a springtail safari yesterday I got my E-M1ii and STF-8 flash with added diffusion Sigma 105 out with the 25mm extension tube and Raynox DCR 250 and then switched back to the Laowa 50mm f2.8 which I prefer as it is smaller lighter and goes from infinity to 2:1 no add ons.

This is six shot MF handheld stack of a Dicyrtomina saundersi with the sigma shot at 2.9:1 and still cropped

Chasing this guy around with the Sigma was not easy

Must say I am pretty excited by what's going to come!
The prospect of having astro tracking in body (I know pentax do it already) with better low light capability seems enticing.
Looking forward to this one....
