Ok, as Amazon does not have the faintest idea what RAID 1external SSD drives are (not a single raid enclose comes up when I search this) I figured I'd ask on here for recomendations of very 'Reliable' external RAID 1 USB SSD hard drives.
It's for use for when I tether to my Apple laptop from my EOS 5D MK4 in studio environments so it does not matter if the drive is mains powered only.
I don't need much capacity because as soon as I get home I dump the days shoot onto my system at home so it only has to be 128GB x 2 so 128GB in total, if it is 250 or 1TB, that's fine, just means I'll have tons of extra room if required.
'Reliability' is the key word here. Transfer speeds don't need to be blistering. I'll be using it on a MacBook Air with USB socket. As long as it can accept 30MB RAW files at a rate of 1 per second I'm good.
Thanks guys.
