RAW to JPEG Question

Edit My Images
Yes
I shoot all my photos in RAW, mainly because I may want to crop and post process. However, after I have done all of that and I am satisfied with the image, how do I convert my files to JPEG quickly, rather than selecting a single image and doing a File -> Save As.
I want to save as much HDD space as possible and RAW files take up massive amounts of space. Thanks :)

We need to know the software you use! It would be wise to keep the RAW files as well in case you ever want to go back to them. RAW editing is non destructive - so at some future date you could go back and re-edit. Disk storage is cheap nowadays!

Im using Nikon ViewNX to view RAW files. I have a trial copy of CS4 with the RAW camera plugin, which I have been using. Im also going to try the trial Nikon software I got with my camera and see how that goes as its much cheaper than photoshop.

I agree definately keep your raws:)

DO NOT THROW AWAY THE ORIGINALS (RAWs)! Buy a cheap £30 hard drive and store them there! Better still buy 2 and make sure you have backed everything up!

Ive already got an external HDD and 2 internals. Ok, I will save my RAW's. Thanks guys :)
