By using Razzi you agree to the following Terms of Use as well as the Google AdSense Program Policies . Please read them carefully.
Then, further down this:

I'm no expert, but does not say they can sub-licence any image you put on the site for their profit? Please correct me if I'm wrong on that, like I said I'm no expert

Sort of moving away from the point oif this thread but what is better Razzi or 500px?
You want to display your photos, but who do you want to see them?
Anyone who would like to use them
Where do they look?
It sounds like a silly series of questions, but it's easier to find an audience and place your wares in front of it than it is for you to lay them out and hope the audience chances by.
At the moment I have no idea what your images are of, who might be interested in them, what they might be interested in them for or where they might be looking already. If you already know the answers to these questions, then you know where to be considering.
Well I already have 2 flickr pages one for cars http://www.flickr.com/photos/nattymitch/ and one for landscapes, animals and my attempts at artistic photography http://www.flickr.com/photos/landscaper94/
Looks like they're getting views. If you want to maximise views you could pimp them out on Facebook, Twitter, etc.
Razzi seems to have the lure of monetising images via adsense, but you'd still need to drive traffic to your photos yourself as Razzi doesn't appear to have much appeal to the casual browser. And Adsense is less than peanuts unless you can drive some serious traffic to your pages.
