Samsung NC10 anyone received their £20 Cashback

Has anyone received their £20 cashback from Samsung, I sent my application around the 7th Nov still haven't heard anything

I have 2 claims in one for an N130 in my name & an NC10 in the wife's name both sent via email and post, no response on either not even a receipt?

Cash Back cheques for valid claims will be made payable to the person on the form and will be dispatched by post to the respective claimants, as provided by them in their form, within 28 days of a valid form and receipt being received. Invalid claimants will be notified by post, fax, email or phone within 7 working days of receipt of the claim.

I applied about 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing as yet.

I bought mine and then checked the small print on the rear of the offer. It states that the £20 cashback is availlable based on the DSG store price of £260. I've not submitted mine as I went off on holiday but I'd be interested to hear is anyone who got a cheaper price gets their cashback.

I'm sure they hold onto the cash for as long as possible for the pennies of interest!

Hi All, I received my cheque this morning 31st Dec , the letter & cheque are dated 17th Dec.
So my final price was £219
