untitled-0378 by StuartHowePhotography, on FlickrHmmm, better than a FF body with a small fast prime? That's my quandary... My 6d and the 35mm f/2 is only slightly bigger, so would it be a pointless addition?yeah thats what i average, sounds alot, but the quality makes it worth it, really is better than nearly everything else out there.
guess the a7r does 36-40mb raw files? that would be the closest competitor camera in terms of price + detail
thought it was a brave fly turns out it was dead!..![]()

ef-140 dg, takes two AAA batteries
the problem with the focus wheel on the lens is that you will have to check focus by looking at LCD. With the wheel, you just set on 1,2,3, …etc meters without looking at screen. If the lens barrel had distance markings, it would be fine, but it doesn’t because it is probably just another fly by wire system. Cheers.
the dp1s i have has a rear focus dial, much like a compact might have i guess. the M series have a fly by wire focus ring, with the distance scale showing on the rear lcd at the bottom, can take some pictures or video of if you want ?
think theres a blank lcd but setting displayed mode
will check in a min
Is anyone using a grip with their DP Merrill? Looking at getting one along with a wrist strap so open to suggestions on both.![]()
