I found Green & Blacks in Tesco last week. I went for a bar of the one with the Butterscotch pieces in. However, I found it wasnt sweet enough for me....but this DID have the added effect of making sure I didnt eat the whole bar....so that was a result!! :D
 
Things that make me happy and put a smile on my face......

Going out for a good ride on the motorbike after laying it up for the winter
(bikers will know what i mean) after not riding it for the winter months and getting back on is phenomenal.

Cycling to work along the river side on an icing morning
Cycling to work on a summer morning when its just t-shirt weather
Seeing the wife and kids pass their karate gradings
Walking my dog and seeing how happy he is even if he is running round sniffing other dogs p**s
