Yes. I won't be ordering again. Their prices are keen but my order wasn't processed and just sat there for a very long time. Cancelled the order and it took an age to get the refund. Seems they don't hold stock to me.

ordered a new Galaxy Note phone from them about 18 months ago and got it within a week so cant really complain but have heard of others having long delays prices seem good though

Tried to buy a canon 600 mm f4 from them & had nothing but hassle so I eventually managed to cancel the order & got it the very next day from jessops.

State they are based I the UK but clearly not. The lens I ordered took about 6 weeks to arrive if I remember rightly and they responded to none of my 4-5 emails. I'd ignore the cheaper prices they offer and avoid like the plague!

I'm sure some people have been lucky with Simply Electronics but, judging by the general comments I've seen, they're a bunch of cowboys.

OneStopDigital are absolutely fine OTOH

Didn't use portusdigital so don't know about them.
