Love all of those shots, particularly 3 and 5.

Which hardward / settings were used please?

Ian,
I use a Canon 20d, and all those shots were taken with my Tokina 12-24mm, I absolutely love the lens. The settings vary for each one, put if you look on flickr you can see what I used each time.

I'd maybe have cropped some of the sky in 2, but I still like it regardless.
