If so, it would need an third party Adaptall Canon EF Mount, which can be found on Ebay or Amazon. However, I don't think those third party adapters transmit any data between the camera and the lens, because the Adaptall system is mechanical and the Canon EF mount is electronic.
The existing MD (SRT) mount is simply unclipped and the EF mount fits in its place.
