A while since I posted one :) - a larger version can be found by clicking on it:

That is really not for me, appreciate the time and effort invloved, but really not my bag.

Apologies.

Apology not needed if you're referring to mine - subjectivity rules :D and not much time and effort was involved - its not strictly a pano - just cropped that way - most of the effort was taken in climbing to the top of the monument to take it :) ;)

All the pics of clouds are brill i could spend hours looking at them.
Im only new to this forum,so sometime ill give the clouds a go,
instead of motor sports.Keep them coming.

Just dug up some photos of an amazing cloud formation that I took a while ago in France. Shot on a crappy little compact that I had at the time, so the quality's not great.

The entire sky was just a completely monotone grey overcast, except for this little opening:

About 20 minutes later it looked like this:

Photos don't really do it justice :p

Great pics nonetheless.
A very unusual formation, and were lucky to catch it as well as you did.

Here's a couple from this morning, playing tag with the moon

Gotta love this thread, full of some really wonderful skys.

dug this little fella out, not exactly subtle but it really did look like this. Well I have nudged the luminance on the blue down a tad in aperture but not much.

First let me say that I have never stopped so many times in a thread and genuinely wowed out loud. All the pictures in this thread are brilliant but some are just... wow, words fail me.

Here's a sunrise I got a month or so back at 4:30am. I'm only a beginner (still using a point and shoot ) so I know it isn't the best - I just really loved the colours etc :)
