Don't ask [emoji85] [emoji86] [emoji87]What happened last time
Hey all, im off travelling in December, Currently have a 14mm and 18-55mm to go with my XT1.
I loved the 35mm 1.4 as a 1 lens 1 day combo, thinking of getting the 35mm WR as a replacement. Any thoughts from people that have both![]()
You're as bad as Minnnt and Twist for changing camerasHello everyone I've been reading everything here but not posted after what happened last time. Taking a interest in the xt 2 lol
He would be if he didn't take an eternity to choose which one to buy. Be prepared to answer many, many questions, X-T2 owners! You're as bad as Minnnt and Twist for changing cameras![]()
Well if you sell the 27mm let me know

What happened last time?Don't you worry am not going ask anything just reading. As not prepare to ask like last time
Dozens and dozens of questions all asking the same thing. Got everybody's backs up and got at least two warnings from a mod. An absolute total nuisance. What happened last time?

Then why ask me the bloody questions twice when tried to ignore you.If it was a close and you didnt want to talk about it, why mention it? Makes no sense.
lol
There's always one
I have been messing with the little dinky flash, the EF-X8, and in commander mode it'll fire my Yongnuo 560 nicely off cam. If there was some way to exclude the EF-X8 from affecting exposure that would be sweet, a nice cheap trigger
Do it DO it, the devil in your head is saying go on you deserve it PeterI see the likes of Wex (and many others) have the XT2 for £1399 with 0% finance over 12months............hmmm strokes chin.
Best you can do is turn flash exposure compensation as low as it will go, or better still use a business card or similar to block the flash in the direction of shot but still allowing the flash to reach the 560.
Or even better just buy a couple of yongnuo 603c's or if your 560 is mk3 or 4 get a Yongnuo 560TX
This is what I saw yesterday hence the reason I am back in here reading up more information.I see the likes of Wex (and many others) have the XT2 for £1399 with 0% finance over 12months............hmmm strokes chin.
lol you just asked a question AndrewThen why ask me the bloody questions twice when tried to ignore you.
Your on my ignore list now...

Believe me he doesn't need any encouragementDo it DO it, the devil in your head is saying go on you deserve it Peter
Calumet had them in... But only with the kit lensBut seems most of them don't have them in stock, any idea when the XT2's are gonna start being available from photographic dealerships anyone ?
Cheers.
I didn't need to read this lol. Now only if they did it in sexy silverI see the likes of Wex (and many others) have the XT2 for £1399 with 0% finance over 12months............hmmm strokes chin.
it seems only if you are in the US20% off the CC package if you sign up via Serge Ramelli's excellent site.

Ffordes have them, including one on reserve for me while I sort out sending them a part-exBut seems most of them don't have them in stock, any idea when the XT2's are gonna start being available from photographic dealerships anyone ?

Park Cameras claimed to have the body in stock last night, so I ordered one. A follow-up call this morning told me that they were reserved, but they'd be getting more stock on the 11th November. I expressed how little this impressed me given that their website was still saying they were available! Oddly enough, they dispatched my body for delivery tomorrow. It may be worth calling them and seeing if you can get one of next week's delivery. But seems most of them don't have them in stock, any idea when the XT2's are gonna start being available from photographic dealerships anyone ?

I believe the 'sexy-silver' XT2's won't be available til spring next year. Do Ffordes have them with 12months 0% interest me wonders Simon ?
Rather than doing 12 months interest free from a store why not just get a credit card that does 24m interest free on purchases?Good God... Finance means even a pauper like me could get one... Selling some gear now would set me for the first few months, then with that offset from the total it'd work out about £70-80 a month!
I'm not gonna do it cos it'd cripple me, but it's good that I ~could~ do it...

Patience is a virtue Pete. Not like you haven't got a camera to use while you wait!
Jessops are also doing 12mths 0% I believe. They gave me the best trade value on my X-T1 so was happy to wait for stock. Obviously now that I've placed the order I'm not quite as happy with the wait![]()
Thanks.See above, I'm using LR since v2, and still get lost at times
great street shots. Is the aperture the only info you lose in exif? Just curious, never had a nice wide lens
