This is a very small part of the Soul nebula taken with a telescope at 1.7m focal length. This is located in the constellation of Cassiopeai and is thought to be about 7500 light years from us.
This is taken with narrowband filters that only allow a very small bandwidth of light pass through them. Then in PS they are assigned to the various channels and there you go..... the starter of the Astro image!!
