I thought I was coping ok with isolating but I find myself depressed today. I'd really like to go out.

I'm on the essential services list, so at least I get to go out to work, at least 4 days a week I work alone live alone and never get withing 50 yards of anyone else.
If however I was on the grounded list, I would have been climbing the walls weeks ago, so I do sympathise.
Pulling up the drawbridge Thurs or Fri afternoon until the following Monday is hard enough
