We're getting somewhere..
OK, we need to locate the drivers for the USB devices.
Start->Control Panel->System->Device Manager and select one of the unknown devices. Right click->Properties->Driver tab. Select Update Driver and see if that gets you anything.
If not, select the Details tab. In the click menu, of Property select hardware IDs. You should get something like: PCI\VEN_xxxx&DEV_yyyy. The VEN specifies the vendor, the DEV specifies the device from that vendor. Drop the VEN_xxxx&DEV_yyyy into Google and it should give you enough context as to which driver set you need.
