I would have persuaded her to call the police to see how stupid they would make her look (if they could be bothered to turn up).

You can take pictures from the roadside. You can take pictures from any public place and that includes public footpaths over private land.

I would have taken a picture of her too!

I would have pulled my card out, and told her to call the police

Took a couple of photos of her, took a couple of shots of what i was going to do then just wait for the police to turn up.

Everyone knows around my area what i do though, so i don't get that sort of trouble, always carry a ID card with me though

im only 15 so obviously i must have been up to something (sarcasme) it just anooys me because im about the only teen in my area who doesnt go out and get drunk and cause havoc and im not rude and i dont attack strangers and i dont fight etc yet im the one getting threatened with arrest!
