Yes
I bought the CPL on its own when it was $99.99 (now $109.99), but you can get it with the UV filter, 2 cases and 2 cloths, for $67.47.

Worst case scenario if you get stung for import duties and fees for paying them for you is about £87 (assuming £13 fee from Parcelforce as that's the highest fee I think, and about £13 for import VAT). When I ordered it just turned up on my doorstep though. So definitely don't select the option for B&H to pay customs for you as you'll be paying way over the odds.

This is a decent filter for those using the Lee filter system. The dimensions of the frame are identical to the Lee Landscape polariser so it is good enough for super wide angle lenses. Two other benefits compared to the Lee Landscape Polariser, the VU is multicoated and neutral (whereas the Lee adds a warm cast, and doesn't appear to have any coating.) The quality of VU filters is about the same as Hitech Firecrest or possibly slightly better.

Also possibly of interest are a graduated filter set 2.5 stops hard and soft for $89.92

From a bit of research I have found that VU are owned by GroTura GMBH who own, among other brands, Benro. Benro have recently released their own filter system and line of Master filters. The packaging looks very similar to VU so I'm pretty sure the Benro Master ones are either the same or very similar. Benro Master Graduated filters cost £130 each at Park Cameras, so $89.92 for 2 + shipping + import taxes etc is very good assuming they're the same.
