Thanks for the comments, yes, layers and then masks and brush them back in, the hardest thing was to get her to keep changing her clothes!

Should have told her you were taking her out, my wife has no probs trying different clothes on then.

Very good, how long did it take to do ?

The shoot took about 30 mins I had to be careful as the light was dropping in the room and that makes life a little difficult with shadows, then about 15 min in PS to process.
