Thanks Daniel, they are almost as difficult as the 'little brown jobs' (small brown 'finches') :)

at least we did see the Barn Owl, even if he tricked us

After you left us Friday afternoon, we had another 2 hours looking for the Tawny chicks, nothing!

Another hour and a half at the Barn Owl site Friday evening, nothing, not even a glimpse!!

Then we even went back on Saturday to look for the Tawnys.......and again nothing :banghead::banghead:

........did I mention my owl obsession :whistle: :D
