    Our New York trip

I always find it really interesting that a thousand photographers can take a thousand photos each of NYC and it always ends up looking dramatically different depending on their perspectives.

    Whilst watching Nadal & Murray...

It's a nice shot, maybe if you got down at the same level as the subject and shot the light bursting through the leaves you might get something really interesting.

So, I had to go to England...

As loads of other people have already commended you on, the last one is beautiful simplicity. What lens was that shot with? Looks fairly wide.

First shoot with my new Lens

Really appreciate the order of number 2, well spotted. The swans have a kind of...sunset feel to them or something?

New BBC Media Bridge at Salford Quays

Smooth and silky colours, great sunset light. Nice.

    Southport, Foul Mood

Perhaps a bit too much vignette...but the more I look at it the better it gets. The only criticism I have is that it's not 100% straight. My OCD can't deal with this! :P

    Sunset of Paris

Really like this, the kind of thing I'd print for my wall so good on you. Did you use a tripod orrrr?

    monochrome beaches

The second one would make an amazing print, great contrast and blacks.

Paris - Seine and Eiffel tower at night

Pretty cool idea since most people have the same generic shots of it up close, I like this a lot and great exposure.

    welding glass

I NEVER would have thought of shooting like this, really interesting!

    .....skatepark sunrise......

Wow, that's amazing. You should go back with a skater and shoot again at sunrise, you'd get outstanding photos.

    Weekend Away in London

The clean colours of number 10 are great, I've had some fun shooting down tunnels int he tube before.

A few from the Peak District

WOW @ number 3, Peak District isn't far from me, got to get there sometime. I'm not sure about the sepia filter on the third one but I do love the layers of composition.

    A few different ones... maybe!

Your colours are great, you can really tell it's from the 5D II. If these haven't been retouched I wouldn't even bother, you got great light. I'd say number 1 is the best, great character! :)

Baby portrait, do the catchlights detract? *edited version attached*

Without catchlights makes people look kind of like inanimate puppets, in fact photographers usually put them in to make eyes look more alive. I'd say your original shot it much better.
