Yes it's taken me over two years, with a long gap in the middle, but i've reached the milestone nontheless!!

Very happy to have learnt alot, sold up, come back and just bought myself a new camera!

I also dinged 1k too this week! I have been here around 14 months and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Some really nice people, some excellent info but above all there are some seriously talented photographers.

You could have posted a piccie Pete. I didn't post for a couple of weeks hoping to get a good photo for my 1000th - it was just another soft, noisy, underexposed robin in the end I think
