I only have 1 lens, so this isn't a problem for me. :D

Taken with an OM1 with a 50mm. Manual focus as well. Didn't turn out too badly.

This is more specific to #2, but for shots of jumps and the like it really helps to have where the rider is jumping from/to in the frame.

Called the Olympus OM1. ;)
