First, I know the highlights are way too bright :eek: but I just wanted to see what advice I could get re this pic. It's a photo of my Grandaughter, Emie. It's actually a composite. The sharper spurs blowing of the head are actually from another photo but Emie was out of focus so I blended...

Yep, #2 and #4 for me. Great compositions, sharp and very engaging eye contact. The veil in #2 just gives a hint of mystery, if that doesn't sound to 'arty'! Good work :thumbs:

Lee, I'm no expert but personally I like the compositions and ideas but I can see what's being said about the lighting. Good efforts though! :thumbs:

Original shot before such heavy processing I know the shirt blends into the background and space was an issue for getting further away from it but I wanted a high-key effect. Maybe too high-key to the point of parts blowing out. Onwards and upwards! Thanks for looking and please feel free...
