    I'm liking the second one a lot, i love the still body and the small amount of motion blur on the wings, the intense concentration in the eye, i can almost be there.     Thanks Cedric but i have seen that, as you set it up for continuous trap focus there is a message at the bottom of the ML menu that says set shutter half pressed in CFN obviously the custom function menus, IIRC there are only 4 options in that particular menu so i will use trail and error later...
