    Scilly Isles

Absolutely love the last one. It has that great punch feel! Lovely shot and great timing! Second to the last one is great too. These 2 are the ones that really stand out to me out of the rest of the set! :) Great work :)

    Ladybower resevoir

I find it a bit overly saturated as well. Especially the drain hole shots. But I'm looking at this on my phone so can't say for sure. Anyway, lovely set. Favourites are first one and the drain hole ones! Beautiful location and good compo. I must agree that hdr or a nd filter might be...

    CF cards

I've never thought about this. Just thought it's gonna last forever. I think it will last you at least enough time to wait for the next generation cf card (or whatever new format) comes out. ;)

    Deer

The second one is superb. Absolutely fantastic. The light is great and composition is spot on as well. Great picture.

My first go at Macro! (Spider web and a daisy)

I'll try a slower f/ next time... (I normally never 'go over' f11 so this is a bit new for me even if the dof is still tinie tiny. :D ) The dof is indeed tiny! I was at an awkward position when I shot the daisy and my hands were not that steady and a few hit and miss before I got the focus in...

My first go at Macro! (Spider web and a daisy)

Thanks!!! :) I am still fiddling with the focus, it's different once you're in the macro mode.... :) with f5.6 or f8 the dof is still very shallow. (Need to read about it)

My first go at Macro! (Spider web and a daisy)

Just bought a second hand Sigma macro lens today and oh my... :D So much fun playing around with it! :) Everything looks so different in macro. Here's some shots from today. C&C always very much appreciated. _ST15334 by Jules.T, on Flickr Daisy. by Jules.T, on Flickr

    London Prepares, Olympic Test Events.

Awesome. Hand panning is definitely something I want to learn and practice. I do some shots for my local longboarding crew and I think this technique will really bring out the sense of motion; most of my shots at the moment are still shots and I would like to try something new next time I'm...

    Sunrise with The Dolphins

Stunning shot! I love this shot but also like the other ones on your Flickr. This one is amazing, the colour is gorgeous and this will definitely motivate me to get up early for pictures. :)

    London Prepares, Olympic Test Events.

Brilliant set. I absolutely adore no. 1. It really brings out the motion and the dof is just right. The cycling shots are amazing too. Hand panning or with a tripod? I've been to one Olympics testing event too but that was at Earl's court and I didn't have my camera with me. Glad to see some...

    Hong Kong shot 100% in 35mm - 2012 updated 12th April

Some great shots here! I really love the colours and the composition! And some exquisite play with the dof there! :) Lovely. And these images make me miss home. And MACAU!!!!!! :D I need to go home and be a tourist.

    Nikkor 80-200mm f/2.8D ED

No problem! Glad I can help. It's half the price of the 70-200mm so it is a really nice alternative. If you are used to the weight that's even better!! I have been using primes before I got mine and it took me a while to get used to it... :)

    Nikkor 80-200mm f/2.8D ED

Hey, I have the AF-S version but the optics is the same with the AF-D versions I think... Use it for mainly for sports and a bit of wild life photography. I have this lens baby on my d300, not the d90 though... Anyway, I love my 80-200, really enjoy the fast aperture and incredible...
