7lb for me since Jan 8th, now 16st 7lbs. I'm fine during the week but come weekend I go to watch the rugby and end up having several pints of dry cider. It takes me till weds to get back off what I put on at the weekend:'(

I've worked all over the country in a lot of the major food companies laying resin floors, its an eye opener, the cleanest I worked in was a pet food producer.

Your right about the one chance Keith,everytime I was getting a shot of a swimmer another one took off and when I waited for one to take off they just swam about......:lol:

Thanks for the replies Chris & Ken. I lost the wing tip on the shot so in future I'll be giving myself more room around the subject. I think its gonna take a lot more practice focusing on the eye when panning:thumbs:
