    Blurred water

Thanks for all the comments guys. I really appreciate the input. I fully understand the fact that its 'each to there own' and what is pleasing to some folk will very probably not be to others. From a personal perspective, I prefer to see the completed image of what I see through the...

    Blurred water

I will probably be shot down in flames here, but here goes. I have noticed that an increasing amount of photographs that contain water: ie, sea, lakes, rivers, etc, have the water content blurred. Sometimes to the point where you would have no idea it was water if a ship wasn't in the picture...

    The Green Hell

Superb set of photographs. Very atmospheric. #2 & #4 are my favourites and really show what the 'Ring' is all about.

    Nordschleife

You will find that the track/road is surrounded with catch fencing. However, at every location that has a good view, they have very thoughtfully provided cut outs in the fence for photographers. the cut outs are not very tall, probably only 200mm but are quite long in most places, at least a...

    Nürburgring

Lots of very picturesque, twisty back roads in the area. You may get some good shots up by the F1 circuit with the very large 'Nurburgring' illuminated sign in the back ground.

    Red Arrows at chatsworth

Love number 2. That's a really unusual shot of one of the reds. I think I would of waited a couple of seconds longer to get more of the jet but still a great shot. :)

    That's an Augusta Westland AW101 I think.

West Mids Impreza's does Weston Super Mare

I really like most of these. Something about 14 which to me is not quite right though. Do you have any of the yellow Legacy in the corner of 13?

Number 3 is great. I used to love those cars. I like the Deltas in number 2 as well. May have been worth taking half a step left and going a little lower to get a little more of the headlamps and grill in. It would have been more considerate of the owners to park them more neatly in a line...

Sneak peak, first photoshoot of 2011

For me, I,m not sure the car is positioned in the best place. Either a couple of feet forward, so that it looks like the CCTV cameras are looking at it, or much further forward in front of the doors to the building. Also, the very light areas on the front and rear wings attract the eye...

Goodbye Old Friend! RAF Cottesmore 24.11.2010

Nice set. B&W really suits those first pics. I think colour would actually detract from it. Just my opinion. :)

    Lakes Low Level 15-11-2010

Cracking shots. Really look the business with the autumnal colours in the background.
