I've used DSCL for poster printing before and they are pretty good, with the usual quick turn round from them. I would guess you'd have to phone to get a price for 100 of the same image as there is likely a good discount to be negotiated there.

Most canvas printing firms will print the edges a solid colour if you want. Generally leaving blank isn't a great plan as you see a rough edge where the printed part ends and meets the un-printed canvas. Having said that, given the soft pastel colours in the image it might work quite well...

IF you want things out of the lightroom catalog to make it quicker and easier to browse just make another "archive" catalog. Use the File>export as catalog option to make a new catalog, and then import that catalog into your archive.
