I've always used 1080p / 30fps on mine. Don't seen the need for 4K or 60fps.

I'm running a Dell M4800 and have a MacAir & MacPro at home. Although this machine (Dell) is much more powerful than the Macs, they are still my go-to machines due to their OS and lighter weight. This thing weighs about 639kg and that' why I leave it docked up with a 24" screen (also Dell).
