My IPhone 18 Pro arrived this morning. Its lovely.
Moving from an iPhone 14 I think you will certainly notice a difference.
Moving from an iPhone 17 then probably no big change imho

Picked up 18 pro today - replaces 16 pro. seems snappier, mainly got for the better camera so will need to test

I went for the pro max for the bigger screen, my previous one was a 13 mini so new one seems huge
Went for the pro so that I can use it to transfer images via a hub from card reader to an external drive to save carrying a laptop while travelling
Camera is a bonus will be interesting to see how it compares with my Sony rx100 mk 1 as a pocket camera
Only had a quick test but camera seems decent
