I love the blue, it's like an eye watching you.
 
WEEK 15 SNAPPERS CHOICE



Whilst have a stroll down the river Dee this appeared from behind some small trees. The runway for British aerospace is on the other side of the river its a steep take off and immediately banks to the right quite an impressive sight, but not such an impressive picture. The plane looks happy though.

Ah, the Beluga! A cracking shot and yes, a very happy plane! :)
 
Those airbus freighters are strange looking thing.
I wouldn't have ever taken you for a plane tog though Allan, but then I guess as this is something you don't see everyday it's a worthy subject for anyone.
Nicely caught even against the white of the clouds.

We see them on a regular basis they fly quite low where we live when coming into land but I've never seen one take off.
I'm not a plane tog, it doesn't really interest me technically but seeing such a big object close up in the air is quite exciting.

You're right, quite an amazing sight. It looks like Flipper... am I showing my age?!
 
It does look happy, seen it a few times and not too high up over Clwydian range

That's exactly what I see. A happy, flying dolphin. Nice to see another outside shot Allan. Even if the subject isn't something that floats your boat - good to show you can turn in a decent shot.

That had me chuckling as soon as I saw it Allan. Brilliant :) :) :)
Not only is their fun in that photo, it looks great too.
It feels nicely contrasty and I like the focused lighting/vignette.
 
Great shot Allan. My kind of thinking. Well lit with some great texture showing. Vignette highlights the scene well.
