Canon 1DX Mk II announced

My French dealer is showing them available even without pre-ordering.....I suspect that the uptake is slow here.

Once you get your cameras, you can also expect a lengthy wait for the CFfast card and reader ....
Placed my 'request' for them on the date of purchase over two weeks ago... today got the note the 'application' had been successful... now they should be sent with-in 28 days to me :)
But hey.. it's good to wait for things :)

Hmm, I think in some other countries it's sold as a bundle and comes with the camera?....seems a funny way to go about it!
 
Have just spoken to Marcel re this thread and he suggests starting an owners thread and closing this one.....so I'll do that now.
