Hoping to do better than last year!
Thanks Nick.Really like that Peter. It has a kind of oil painting feel to it.
Thanks Paul.Yes, I think that is very successful!
Thanks Nick, I'll have a look at that crop.I like the textures in that a lot. The bottom RHS draws my eye a little though with the large grey area. I'd have been tempted to crop from around 3/5ths down the frame, as that section is really nice.
Thanks Peter. A bit of a tenuous link. The wood is in the village of New Edlington.I really like the ICM Peter.
Is it a new dawn?
Thanks SimonThat works really well.
Thanks NickInteresting abstract which works
Cheers DuncanReally like that, it has an ethereal look about it.
Thanks Dave. Much appreciated as always. Now that is the best one so far for me, a cracking shot indeed as it looks almost abstract.
Thanks TimNice. it has a painterly feel to it.
Cheers PeteThat works well, the ICM suits the subtle colours or the other way round.
Pete
Thanks very much Phil.Fascinating shot - lovely abstract dreamy feel to it.
Thanks Bill.Beautiful image Pete, very painterly. Can you tell me your settings?
Thanks Dave - I'm hoping to get something in focus in week 2!Aye very arty farty that - works well
Thanks Bebop, that's much appreciated. As Tim said, a lovely painterly image. And another take on New - great stuff.
Thanks Helen.A very impressionistic image but still recognisable. I like it.
Thanks PeteI like that, cant see any distortion. Lots of details on Flickr.
Thanks Dave. This one has a beautiful interior but it was a little too dark today.I do like a good Church image, and this is beautiful as very good lighting and well old.
Thanks Peter.Didn't notice the distortion until you mentioned it.
Nice old church, fits the them.
Thanks Bill. Much appreciated.I thought that the distortion was just the architecture of the church . Would the horizontal transform tool in Lightroom fix it?
I like the image distortion and all!
Cheers Dave.Yep - nice owd church and well shot
Thanks Tim, much appreciated. Not sure I can see the distortion/joins either, that's well stitched back together
Thanks Paul.That's nice!
Thanks Bebob. I bought them as a present for my partner and luckily she's not used them yet.Lovely... and a nice set of pencils too! I like the diagonal composition.
