Well, I have to go into hospital for an op tomorrow. I'm not allowed to eat or drink anything after midnight (something about turning into a gremlin I think they said :LOL:), so I've been stuffing my face all afternoon :D

At least I now get a month off work to rest and recuperate (2 weeks off sick and 2 weeks holiday), so that gives me plenty of time to sit idly on here all day - or go out and take some shots, or even do my college homework :eek:

I had my tonsils out comming up 3 yrs ago. Apart from not being able to eat for the first week the I was forced to have the best part of a month off... fear of infection.. GREAT. I built me a new garage.

Thanks for all your good wishes and thoughts. I'm full up and can't eat another thing now :LOL: so I'm going to bed. Got an early start as I have to be there for 7.45am. Hopefully will be back on here by Tues / Weds :)

Well, I survived the op, just at home feeling sorry for myself now, quite sore and uncomfortable. I had keyhole surgery for a 'girly' problem Endometriosis. I now have 4 scars on my tummy :( and lots of pain in my shoulders from trapped wind as they pump you full of CO2. I'm sure I'll start feeling more human pretty soon.. until then I'll just keep popping the pills.

Haven't had the time to have a good nosey around the boards, so make sure there's some interesting gossip for when I feel better ;)
