Let`s hope so to Helen :thumbs: Toni liked my Vanilla Custard sample I sent her, will just have to up the Nic content to satisfy her craving if she wants anymore from me :lol::lol:
 
Haha yeah, it's really lovely! Lots and lots of taste and tons of vapour :D My first custard and I'm very impressed!
 
Vanilla custard is probably my all time favourite, so far i've tried one from royal vapour and the other was kings custard, that was nice... I don't think i'll ever get grants unless i wait 10yrs so i have no comparison to that
 
Rich didn't tell me what the liquid was until I'd had a taste and a guess - I was scared to say what I thought cause my sense of smell and taste is notorious for being completely out of whack :lol: but I got it instantly :D

Not sure if this is of any interest, but...

There's an Ecig Summit happening in London on 12th Nov. The speakers include Clive's Bates (ex-Ash UK head), Jeremy mean (MHRA) and many others (Farsalinos, Stimson, etc).

Tickets are a whopping £300, BUT a friend has a couple of freebies for any FEMALE Vapers who might be interested in attending.

I guess my Nurse`s outfit will not cut it John :( Is that going to purely be discussing the vaping scene, or is there going to be the anti establishment there also?

Several ANTZ attending, including Arnot from ASH. The price is, I suspect, designed to stop a lynch mob getting in for her and Mean. It could be a fascinating event, if everyone turns up. SWOF will be videoing it.

There is one opening up in Nailsworth Gloucesterhire shortly, they will have a vaping lounge along with free Tea and Coffee for people, B&M shops are starting to pop up in quite a few places now which is a good thing.

Sorry for not replying sooner Rich, been a bit tied up with work. It's a shop called Mist in the town centre, seems to stock all the right gear although I only had a quick gander there on Sunday as was with Wife and child. Really need to go back for a proper look around and spend some money they had a couple of things I might try :)
 
How much does vg/pg mix really make to flavour?
I just realised that the swedish fish I got was 80vg/20pg(deleted the wrong one from the basket).
I bought it on all the recommendations saying how great it was but ive been prity un impressed by the flavour, sort of sweet and perfumy but thats about it. tastes very similar to the gummy bears i bought just not as sweet..whats everyones thought on this flavour.

No probs Dave, sounds good, I could do with a supplier close to me really but ordering online seems pretty good at the moment.

Pg will help with the throat hit Peter whilst VG helps more with the vaper. VG is the sweeter of the two so this might be what the problem was, as for Swedish Fish and Gummy Bear I have not tried either yet.

I have a 30ml bottle of swedish fish, i think from ireland, it was a ck up that i got 30ml and was quite excited, but i'm not all that keen and am only using it because i have b****r all left and so using that and a couple of other crap ones lol

The pg/VG mix shouldn't make much difference to the taste. People with very sensitive taste buds may notice a difference, but I don't (although I do mix with lots of flavour).

Cloud 9 had some GVC last week and I see even Pink Mule stock it from time to time. Grant must be working his socks off, as it's not his day job.

If anyone wants a 5ml sample, I can bring one or two to the London meetup on 9th Nov.
 
Help! I took my Kanger T3S off of my iTaste 3 the other day to refill it and now it won't work?? I get the "non" error message on the LCD. I've tried removing and replacing, tightening, loosening - you name it. Nothing works. Any suggestions?

Hard to tell Phil, I would clean around inside the top of the iTaste first with some tissue, better still if you have a bit of alcohol or something, it could be a bit of juice in there causing a connection problem. Also check the bottom pin on the miser I have sometimes had them where the pin gets pushed up a fraction too far in the base, if it looks like it has just prise it out slightly with a pin.
 
Had a good clean up Rich but the weird thing is it still works with my iClear 30 and an old CE4. There seems to be something in the base of the Kanger with a screwdriver slot, is this the pin you mean?
 
If you remove the head Phil you will see that the part which looks like a screw is inserted into a rubber gromit. Try pulling the metal part out from the rubber just very slightly and this should make contact again when reinserted.
 
As per Colin`s reply Phil, I never was one for explainings clearly :lol:
 
The bit I'm talking about just to be clear is the part that Todd pulls from the head at 13 minutes into this video.

Or lever-up the centre pin on the battery (just a touch) using a bent pin or tweezers.

The only downside, on paper, is that the heads aren't rebuildable. They're not showing how much the spare atties are yet, but I expect they'll be around £4 each. :(

On the plus side, the battery mod is 18mm wide. Should look nice with a protank on top.

I did wonder about those heads John, have you ever used any of the older C2 misers? They look a right PITA to recoil
