I almost never photograph strangers but I just thought this was a nice picture. I assume it's grandad and grandma looking after their grandson for the day. Grandad is reading a book to the little boy.

I rarely ever photograph people, but I decided to not let this opportunity bypass me. Unfortunately, they entered the water with inflatable kayaks less than 100 yards (approx. 91 meters) from a dam sluice box with tons of water flowing into the river. You can see the turbulence on the surface, it is even more so beneath the surface. There were two kayays, and only two people appeared to be wearing personal flotation devices. A couple of hours later, Water Rescue showed up, because they hit an underwater obstacle and deflated at least one of the two kayaks. Hoping there were no fatalities.
