I got caught on camera with a smile on my ugly mug.:help:
I am sure you can see why I am smiling though.
Coal Tits were feeding out of the feeder on my hand too.

I can understand why your'e smiling! Its a great photo

Thanks. I hate getting my pic taken but for these fellas I made an effort.

How wonderful that you could get so close. You look very happy with the situation and did it take long to learn to balance the feeder on your hand like that? ;)

I can't believe that squidger is letting you get so close! What a wonderful moment :)

 It did actually:LOL:

Fantastic!. You must be extremely humbled. I know I would be!

I think it is just great & believe me I feel very privileged.
If you look at the hide window sill I quite often have them sitting on there looking in at me now.

WOW! This Southern Softie hasn't even ever seen a red for real. Bravo to you! (y)

You seem to have cropped the " human subjects" head and toes off :p

Bloody marvelous Charlie :clap::clap::clap:

Cheers. The picture was taken on a bit of an angle & when I squared it up I had lost my head! Best thing to do with it.:D
This is a shot I will treasure in my old age when I am no longer able to climb the hill.

That is really fabulous!

He would if he had any hair! LOLOL just joking!!

Thanks Janice. Nae grass grows on a busy road though lassie.

I must also thank you for taking the picture.
For the members of the forum. Janice spent a week here recently & it was my job to ferry her around to various places to let her get many of the shots you see her posting on here.
Her knowledge & enthusiasm for photography is great to see.
Only trouble was when Janice & Mrs Sawman got together I had to sit very quietly.:D.

thats magical, well done (y)

Amazing, that's just great (y) lucky man

Well done Charlie... that's very rewarding!

I had to do a double take mind you - I wondered what George Clooney was doing there. ;)

Ah the simple things in life!

You have sown many seeds to get this picture and you deserve it Charlie.

There will be many a man in this world that is not as content as you!

Superb! (y)

Thank you all for the kind comments. It really has been a pleasure reading them.
A wee story if I may.
A year or two back things were very different for me.
My wife was diagnosed with cancer & was given 6 months if she did not have major surgery. It has been a long haul but she made it.
A young lad of 19 I tried to help when nobody else would took his own life.
I was "retired" from my job after 37 years loyal service.
It took a wee while but I think that picture shows that I am now a happy contented old fella who is getting great pleasure studying these wee squirrels.
Never been happier!

Thanks again Janice for capturing the moment(y)
