"Cracking" candid street style shot Lee, nuff said.
Thanks very much George. There's another famous master of street photography called 'Fan Ho' from China that I took inspiration from for this photo. His work in the 1950s is all about black and white, lots of light pouring in and shadows. Definitely worth looking at his work.

Lee, what a coincidence, for the first time ever I have just been looking at a video about "Fan Ho" and would you believe it this is the anniversary (June 19) of his death in 2016. Strange almost a spooky feeling.

Amazing photo, George. So sharp and detailed it could almost be computer graphics. Very unique processing.
I really must start reading the descriptions before perusing the image - I was thinking, 'that's one hell of a skillful piece of cloning out to remove all the scaffolding and tarpaulins!'Obviously this snap was shot a time or two back but never used. It was taken when only the lower part of the tower was covered for renovation.
Just a simple tourist type Snapograph taken at London UK of the top end of the Elizabeth Tower (Big Ben).
I've done a bit of juggling about with the processing to give a high contrast mono presentation and a slightly different approach to that which is normally presented of this very familiar attraction.
