Well, I'm fed up with winter now, its not even a proper winter its a grey flat thing with few events of interest, so I'm gonna sweep it aside with a request for pictures of flowers, singular, plural or just somewhere in the frame, it doesn't matter.

As usual, the rules are copied and pasted from Nicks challenge, so if they're wrong its his fault...:)
  • Must be a photograph taken by you
  • Must be on film
  • Must have been taken prior to the start date
  • Please tell us about the camera and film etc, with a description of the image but don't go nutz
Closing date of midnight on 13th February one week from today, poll will run for 3 days.

This is the thread for entries, the discussion thread will be here

Times up, and only a day late

poll up shortly, due to the obvious split in the time space continuem on Sunday night that caused this very rare "leap day" event, voting will still be for 3 days, ending midnight Friday 17th.

:)

Well played Carl, a lovely, poignant shot and a deserved winner.

Stunning shot Carl, best of the bunch.

Great shot, Carl, very poignant.

Six of us with zero votes this time! Doesn't feel quite so bad... ;) :(

Well done Carl and all the other placed photographs.

I am great a the voting another first second and third for me,just CARP at the photography bit. :ROFLMAO::LOL:

Thanks for the votes and kind words everyone :)

I wasn't sure about taking this photo at the time as it was a flower left for a man from a loved one after a terrible tragedy, and I felt like I was invading their privacy, especially as the name can be read. I'm glad I did though, as it's one of my favourite images from the trip and makes me remember how moving and poignant the memorial was.

I'll have a think and get a new theme up soon :)
