Wild Swans! …post them in this communal thread.

Orangecroc

I would need to see the RAW file to investigate further
and understand what and why.

For scenes like this, time is running out as winter
will not permit them… but until then, there will be

Autumn and its colours :)

mikes

I see your swans are much ahead in the completion
of their feathers than ours! Cool takes btw!

Nor really a keeper but i like the power in it.

Was it chasing another swan or was it that two
swans took off together, Mike?

An other thing, as I see we shared the same light
conditions, I don't appreciate you coming to MY
marsh and not say hello! :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::wacky:

Wow… that's a very cool rendition, Craig (y)
but a bit too late in the action! :(

Take off!

quickly snapped this one before the moved.

The right thing to do even for the wrong shot
because one never knows… the next one may
be the hit. If the next one doesn't come, then
you got that one… and it is not a wrong one ! (y)

As for the "over exposition", I would judge only
with the RAW in my converter as, like this, I can
not appreciate very well.

I'd forgotten about this thread, so here are a couple from last year that i've recently reprocessed.

Looks like this one had to jettison cargo to get airborne :)

Cool capture there, Ian… but ugly timing! :D
may suggest a DRL tweak?

If I knew what DRL was I'd be more than happy to tweak it lol :), I have said this before in another thread and I think folks think I'm kidding, not to you by the way KodiakQc

If I knew what DRL was…

DRL = Dynamic Range Levels = black and white points setting.
Should I demonstrate the result of the applied tweak?

Thank you for that KodiakQc and please apply away :)

I can't resist adding to this with a few of my efforts.......
