The Fabulous Fuji X owners thread

My daughter has friends coming round for a spooky meal, so I thought I`d grab a quick snap of the table decorations ...

Yes, this is how I got round the need to complete the trade in bonus leaflet. I sent them a copy of my wex trade quote. I didn’t have my old fuji serial number either as that camera had obviously gone to wex. Last week fuji sent me an email saying money will be credited to my bank within 5 days.

@imattersuk

Pete, how’d it go last night. Did you find the T3 any faster to focus.?

Usually you need to provide:

Copy of trade in receipt
Serial number of camera traded in
Copy of purchase receipt
Serial number of new camera

That usually ticks all the boxes for them.

Edit: I can't take credit for the above list, this was provided by the sales assistant in Jessops. He said to take a picture of the serial number of the camera as I was trading in etc. as it helps with the claim back process.

Finding myself shooting the same seat in the same pub on a regular basis! Might have to make it a series...

"Same seat, different day" ?

Looks like fun was had by all :D

Just put in for my £200 cashback now.

Well my (bargain new to me) 14mm arrived today, and had to take a first test shot. Nothing exciting, but our front window display ;) wide open 2.8.

Had an overnight stay in Nottingham so took some pics of the University campus

1. Trent Building I. I waited for the threatening clouds to roll in then got utterly soaked when surprise, surprise it started raining.

2. Sidelight on the bridge. After the storm, of course, the light was lovely

3. Trent Building II. This time from over the lake
