Uploading Images - Flickr or Imgur - Which looks better ?

Following suggestion from Raymond Lin I am interested to know if there is a difference in how images appear on TP when linked from either Imgur or Flickr.
So, here's the same image from both Imgur and Flickr. Do they look different? Is one better than the other or do they both look the same on your monitor?
Have posted at two different sizes 640 x 640 and 1024 x 1024

Flickr looks better to me, certain areas a bit washed out in Imgur.
 
Here's the first image again but handled a different way.
The first images posted were uploaded to Flickr and Imgur at 4186 x 4186 and then resized within Flickr and Imgur to either 640 x 640 or 1024 x 1024 for linking in TP.
In this post I have resized the image to 1024 x 1024 in photoshop and then uploaded to Flickr and Imgur. I'm then linking to the 'original 1024 x 1024 for posting here.

Still think Flickr looks marginally better. :)

I have looked on mobile, on a laptop and on a 27" iMac screen Gramps and I tend to agree with you. The equivalent image link on Flickr does appear to look a little better than the Imgur version.
 
OK,

Here's another image original size 3444 x 4821

Image A is the image uploaded to Flickr at the original size (3444 x 4821) but linked here at 458 x 640 (so resized in Flickr)

Image B is the original image re-sized to 732 x 1024 in Photoshop and uploaded to Flickr at (732 x 1024) but linked here at 458 x 640 (so re-sized in Flickr)

Image C is the original image re-sized to 458 x 640 in photoshop and uploaded to Flickr at (458 x 640) and then linked here from Flickr at original Flickr size (458 x 640)

In the above post the first image looks far better than the other two.
So far its looking like Flickr is slightly better than Imgur and when uploading to Flickr it appears that I should upload at the original size and then link to a version thats the maximum that can be posted here which is 1024px on its longest side.
Will test that with next image.
 
OK, if above assumptions are correct the first image should look a bit better than the following three???

Only viewing on uncalibrated laptop but Flickr looks sharper and colours a tad more vivid/sat...........Flickr for me
 
viewed on my 27" i.mac flickr in every shot is marginally sharper . that's life we can't all be wrong
