Dammit! I knew I was doing something wrong. My thought too; we could end up with a warning on hammers that says, "This item should not be used to hit yourself on the head."

What a bell-end Rory McIlroy is - http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/golf/39286496
So I am assuming he feels the same about women only golf clubs??
I think he has a good point. I didn't know there were women only clubs, but iif there are, then yes they are just as bad.
Ah, yes, always a treat.Drunk noisy neighbors across the way
Can you explain? Which coffee company? So I can get annoyed too! I'm feeling left out.View attachment 98200
For goodness sake - you're a coffee company!
Nespresso. Or, as this muppet must call them, Nexpresso.Which coffee company?
WBAMFA is that our regional news on the BBC isn't broadcast on BBC1HD so if I'm watching the Beeb news , I have to turn back to the SD channel to see the local news. Apparently it's the same all over the UK, with Auntie wanting to roll out full HD simultaneously nationwide.
When I retuned my TV recently ( a few channels had moved) I was given the on screen option of which location to receive broadcasts, from ie Midlands, London. Cambs / Beds ( that's my local one).WBAMFA is that our regional news on the BBC isn't broadcast on BBC1HD so if I'm watching the Beeb news , I have to turn back to the SD channel to see the local news. That's certainly a pet hate of mine! Those that use the indicators as a "license to move"

Closely followed by those that increase speed as you are overtaking them.
Its happening all to often these days, this'll get me in trouble, but I usually look at the driver as they do so, and do you know what? circa 90% are women.
( bring on the anti-male driving faults )
Ah yes there are a couple of junctions along the A428 ( single carriageway) where the line of sight is actually quite good, its quite a fast road but also quite heavily used. Those that take too little notice at give way lines I.e. they pull out late!
Welcome to the Victor Meldrew application society threadhow have only just found this thread.... its brilliantly grumpy
Embarrassing or what?Whilst making my lunch today I reminded myself just how sharp my kitchen knives are
Hmmm - worktop changed colour did it ?
Embarrassing or what?
And I kid you not, last time I did that, Rod Stewart "the first cut is the deepest" was playing on the iPod thingy
Many years ago I used to put my foot out too, to try and stop something hitting the floor, lesson learntAnd make sure your bare foot is not in the line of the falling knife !

Seems it's a cost cutting exercise,
I remember a few years back employees at tips supplemented their wages selling other peoples rubbish, bow they aren't allowed to

They are more into land fill.
Most of the ones I visit, have a "sales" area, but I guess the money goes back to the company these days.
All "rubbish" has to have a duty of care sheet with it these days ( and has done for years)Not too many years back, "Totters' Rights" were a nice little earner for those who held them
