I didn't see it land Roger but I did think it looked strange with the top bent over, its like it landed upside down knowing the top was going to bend over

Been getting some good, though fleeting, sightings of the Slimbridge Bitterns recently so went back again today but sadly there was a thick mist when one of the Bitterns ventured out onto the ice ...
However it cleared a little bit later in the morning and I was able to salvage a few images of one in flight ... where are the clear bright days when you need them?
