What you listening to RIGHT now?

I think Kim Simmonds of Savoy Brown was one of the last gig photos I took. (Colne R&B Festival, August 2003, taken on Fuji 1600 ISO print film).

Anyway, back on topic... after seeing that album cover, it made me think of Little Feat (and that incredible cover art by Neon Park) and go and listen to this again. :)

Some random album from the rack, I know it’s the Allman Brothers but which one, pass, just reclining and internet browsing.

Just finished listening to the commentary from the Crawley versus Leeds United FA Cup tie. I'm not a fan of football to be honest but there is something about the FA Cup 'David versus Goliath' games that make for intriguing watching/listening.

Regret #9

Guthrie Govan is a man at the top of his game

This guitar solo is amazing

Very impressive and good to see some new blood coming through. For bent note skill, whammy bar expertise, and the title of (still living) 'Master of the Stratocaster' must still go to Jeff Beck in my opinion. A real guitarist's guitarist. if ever there was one. I'm sure some of the notes he wrings out of that guitar can only be fully understood (and reproduced) by whales! :)

I've done a few days of: https://1001albumsgenerator.com/

You create an account, and it gives you an album to listen to. The idea is that you listen to the whole album which is most likely an artist/genre that you wouldn't normally listen to, or maybe just the 1 or two more well known songs.
