I'm familiar with the log exposure side of the shot. It's more the post processing. I've not had long exposure city scapes with the same colour grading in my experience.
Thanks for the feedback. I'll crop it and see how it looks. Regarding the exposure on the Chevvie impala, i think that was the clever D7000 which figured that one out. Plus shooting RAW helped me pull out the darks and lights in pp.
Well i wasn't familiar with GGS until the day i cracked my screen, so no. Plus it was fitted so flush with the camera, i just assumed it was the stock screen.
No idea to be honest. I just noticed a smal crack ,then touching it made it work its way across the screen.
Like you said, the relief was unimaginable lol
I was just playing with my D7000, and to my horror discovered a crack in the rear screen. Undoubtably i was devastated.
Then to my upmost delight, it turns out the previous owner had fitted a screen protector, and it was that which had been cracked.

Last night i went along to my first ever car show/meet. It was at The Blue Lias in Long Itchington, Warks.

Great shot! I think a bit more movement in the clouds would have been more dramatic, but thats my personal preference. I'd be chuffed to take such a good shot
