    Tamron 15-30 mm f2.8 VC, first version of the lens not the G2. The auto focusing at the wide end 15mm is virtually impossible after the first third of the scene or less, the more you zoom in the better the auto focus gets within the scene, on live view it focuses anywhere at any focal length...

    I looked at speed graphic website .... there is a think tank 150 which is good and a bolster 50v2 which is as good .... after searching for it .... Facebook market place found me a second hand one used twice four miles from speed graphic ..... I bought it for 30 quid and he's sending it to me...

    I agree .....I was on the Faroe Islands last year with it and the Dock and I spent 7 hours p***ing around with it and couldn't get it any better through focusing through eyepiece.....but using live view I zero'd the cLibration and used it on live view its pin sharp

    The diopter is set correctly thanks .....I do use reading glasses but it's set so I don't use glasses when looking through eyepiece

    I always shoot on tripod ....landscapes ... if I focus through viewfinder it looks in focus but image on card and pc is OOF .... if I switch on live view and focus the image on card and pc is sharp .... Not sure about other lenses ....ill let you know later as I've just bought a new one

    Support for Long lens and Gimbals in small spaces, such as wooden hides.
