Was dull here this morning but it's glorious sunshine again now.It looks like the nice weather has ended here. This morning we had complete cloud cover and flat light. When I went out this morning I went straight back in to put a fleece on. Oh well.
While I'm here. More from a sunny Paddy's Hole. All A7cII and Sony 40mm f2.5.
Clear water but cold.

It might be cold but you have to paddle.

Soft warm sand. We got there early and there were very few people about, more soon began to arrive. This is more so still not crowded.

A panorama shot with A7III and Sony 24mm f2.8. When will we see conditions like this at Redcar again?

I've just found out today when in lightroom and using the crop tool you can press "o" to cycle through different grid lines and using shift + O changes the orientation of the grid lines, how did I never know this![]()

Just in case anyone is interested I've advertised a TTA 50mm f2 and all of my remaining film era primes for sale.
Well, 4 film era primes have sold already. I'll be sad to see them go especially the Rokkors but they're not ornaments and I'm just not using them so they should go to someone who will.
Personally I never really saw cameras, lenses or any electronics as collectibles
May be watches but even then my watches aren't expensive, they are just ones I bought at various stages of my life like when I went to uni, got married, bought a house etc.
or an A1ii for £4200 from PanamozSony A7R6 is available from Panamoz now, £3900.
E-infinity is £2999, the ones at £2800 are sites I’ve never heard of so would be cautious. Panamoz or £3350, I’m sure they’d reduce it but I doubt very much they’d match E-infinity.I Googled and found a new RX1RIII for £3,171 then I saw one for £2,811. What? Even for grey imports can this be right?
They might they knocked £300 off the A1 II for me to match CamerizE-infinity is £2999, the ones at £2800 are sites I’ve never heard of so would be cautious. Panamoz or £3350, I’m sure they’d reduce it but I doubt very much they’d match E-infinity.
There’s more margin in the A1, and they don’t normally match e-infin as they over 3 years warranty vs 1 year, but you never know. They might they knocked £300 off the A1 II for me to match Cameriz

As we've discussed before, the lack of tilt screen is a deal breaker for meI Googled one of those never heard of sellers and they had good reviews, maybe they're just a smaller or newer grey seller.
I probably wont get one. I was amazed that there was interest in the lenses I advertised and clearing them out has left a space in a drawer that an RX1 would fit nicely into and it's compact and 35mm but there are issues, the lack of a tilting screen would annoy me. I think it's just the articulating screen of the A7cII that got me looking at other cameras as I don't like it and would much rather have a tilting or do it all screen. Also having a compact AF lens with an aperture wider than f2.x would be nice.
